Human is a social being who did not escape from error and sin , for convenience together better to prevent than cure , but if it was stuck when the hearts and feelings of people become ill as a result and the action of our egoism , then coabalah 9 of these steps :
1 . Think of what has passed and what action you would like to be excused .
2 . Write matters; This will help you organize your ideas and your feeling calm tensions.
3 . Practise saying the things you want until you feel comfortable with .
4 . State clearly what you want forgiveness act .
5 . Admitting you act without submitting arbitrary reasons. ( Honest )
6 . Share your feelings about what has happened - avoid blaming others , exaggerate or say the words in vain.
7 . Hear the response from the person concerned without defensiveness.
8 . Volunteer to improve the situation if appropriate.
9 . Continue life . When you have to apologize, forget them and let it pass.
